How It Works
AwareGuardian moves from tenant provisioning to live monitoring through a sequence designed for real teams, real devices, and governed growth.
Lifecycle Timeline
Who is involved: Platform admin and first IT supervisor
AwareGuardian begins with a dedicated tenant. The platform admin provisions the organization and invites the first supervisor into the workspace.
Who is involved: IT supervisor
Inside the dashboard, the supervisor generates the key used to register devices into the tenant.
Who is involved: Supervisor or technical operator
The monitoring agent is installed on each device using the generated key. Devices begin reporting telemetry and heartbeat data into the tenant workspace.
Who is involved: Operators, supervisors, and viewers
The dashboard surfaces reporting coverage, device health, alerts, predictive warnings, and detailed device review so teams can respond before and during issues without losing context.
Who is involved: Tenant team and platform admin
As the deployment grows, additional viewers can be invited and larger device quotas can be requested through the platform admin workflow.
What The Team Sees
Coverage, recent alerts, activity, and fleet attention points give teams a fast operational start point.
Future-risk indicators show likely threshold breaches with ETA and confidence before active saturation.
Metric history, thresholds, logs, and current health make investigation practical when a device needs attention.
Alert status remains tied to the device and the team’s workflow instead of becoming disconnected notification noise.
Supporting analysis and review history reinforce operator trust and traceability.
Quota And Expansion
Smaller monitoring deployments can begin immediately, while larger quotas are handled as platform administration rather than as self-serve recurring pricing.
